Curb Mount Vinyl Skyview® Acrylic Dome Skylights are the ideal operable
skylight solution for climates where energy transfer must be kept to a minimum. These are available in
single, double or triple acrylic domes, or with either laminated single glaze or tempered/laminated
insulated glass. The frames are a multi-chambered white vinyl. Retainer caps are available in mill
finish, bronze or white powder coated extruded aluminum. The operating leaf is attached to the curb
with a nickel-plated piano hinge, and is lifted by a self-lubricating chain mechanism. Manual
operating crank with 6-10 ft operating pole can be used without removing insect screen.
A superior bulb vinyl gasket provides weather-stripping.
These skylights have mitered and welded watertight corners, with integral
condensation gutter, and are designed for superior energy efficiency, moisture resistance and durability.
Options include; electric motor kit, remote controlled electric motor kit.
